“Client” refers to any company, organisation, or individual that requests recruitment services from ASPIRE GLOBAL LIMITED, trading as Aspire Employment Services. “Candidate” refers to any individual seeking employment or engagement through our services.

ASPIRE GLOBAL LIMITED is registered in England & Wales under company number 16966826, with its registered office at 12 Savile Row, Mayfair, London W1S 3PQ.

2. Our Services

ASPIRE GLOBAL LIMITED, trading as Aspire Employment Services, provides permanent recruitment, temporary staff placement, and related staffing services across construction, cleaning, warehousing, hospitality, care, events, retail, and corporate sectors.

3. Client Obligations

Clients must provide accurate vacancy details, comply with all applicable employment laws, and inform us of any known hazards or specific requirements associated with a placement. Fees are payable in accordance with the agreed fee schedule.

4. Candidate Obligations

Candidates must provide truthful and accurate information regarding their qualifications, experience, and right to work. We are not responsible for inaccuracies in candidate-provided information.

5. Confidentiality

All information shared between ASPIRE GLOBAL LIMITED, trading as Aspire Employment Services, Clients, and Candidates is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except where required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

ASPIRE GLOBAL LIMITED, trading as Aspire Employment Services, acts as an introduction agent and is not liable for the acts or omissions of Clients or Candidates following an introduction or placement.

7. Data Protection

Each party shall comply with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Where we share candidate data with a Client, the Client acts as an independent controller and must use that data solely to assess the candidate for the relevant role, keep it secure, and erase it when no longer required.
