We do not knowingly collect special category data (such as health or ethnicity) through this website, and ask that you do not include it in free-text fields.

• Legal obligation — right-to-work, tax, and employment-agency record-keeping requirements.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with prospective employers only with your explicit consent, or as required by law.

We also use trusted processors who act only on our instructions under written agreements, including our website hosting and database provider and our email provider.

7. International Transfers

Your data is primarily stored within the UK or European Economic Area. Where a provider processes data outside the UK/EEA, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement / UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

8. How Long We Keep Data

• Candidate records: 24 months from your last interaction, unless you ask us to erase them sooner
• Employer enquiries: 36 months from the end of our business relationship
• Placement, payroll and statutory records: 6 years, as required by law
• Website analytics: 14 months maximum

9. Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored in access-controlled systems. Access is limited to staff who need it to perform their role, and we review our technical and organisational measures regularly.

10. Your Rights

Under the UK GDPR you have the right to:
